About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Educational Sales Representative to join our team.
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about education and skilled in sales, particularly in the field of standardized test preparation and admissions consulting.
While candidates based in San Francisco are highly preferred, we are open to remote candidates who are enthusiastic and committed to achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Acquisition:
- Actively engage with prospective students and parents to promote our test preparation courses (SAT, GMAT, GRE, TOEFL, IELTS) and admissions consulting services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Goal Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales plans to qualify for the hourly compensation of $35/hour.
- Market Expertise:
- Stay informed about the latest trends in test preparation and Ivy League admissions.
- Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our courses and consulting services.
- Reporting and Feedback:
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improved results.
Compensation Structure:
- Hourly Rate:
- $35/hour after achieving the monthly sales plan.
- Success-Fee Option:
- Candidates willing to work on a success-fee basis are also welcome to apply.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the education or consulting sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Familiarity with standardized test preparation and the Ivy League admissions process is a plus.
